No Refunds Except for Damaged or Defective Products

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product you received is damaged or has a manufacturing error.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to offer a free reprint or a refund, depending on your preference.

Reporting a Problem

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or error.

Resolution Options

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Arrange a free reprint of the affected product, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect sizes, colors, or designs chosen by the customer
